1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

Starvizz is an AI-powered career and e-learning platform that helps users identify skill gaps, follow personalised learning roadmaps, and apply for jobs. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., your resume). By uploading content, you grant Starvizz a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality — including AI models, roadmaps, and UI — are owned by Starvizz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Free Trial

We may offer free trials for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to the paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starvizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
